Valerie Brown is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of VBC Consulting, a Virginia-based veteran and woman-owned coaching and consulting firm. As a certified life coach and executive coach, she understands the importance of people and the foundation needed to help optimize the lives of her clients. Valerie works with each client to develop an effective strategy and create solutions to unleash the potential in each client and achieve desired results. 

Her expansive 27-year career of leadership, coaching, and management in the federal, military, and private sector give her in-depth knowledge and an ability to work with individuals, senior leaders, and executives focus on helping them to become more effective and engaged leaders. Valerie holds a Master of Business Administration from Frostburg University, an Executive Leadership Certification from Cornell University, and is a Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation.

Her team consists of accredited coaches who are passionate and committed to advancing the goals and objectives of leaders, executives, and professionals worldwide.
